I manage ads for clients: is it safe to put their campaign numbers into this calculator?

As far as the tool goes, yes: the calculation runs in your browser, nothing is sent, and the calculator never asks for access to an ad account. All you type are four aggregate totals with no customer data in them. What stays with you is closing the page on shared devices and following whatever your client agreement says about handling their figures.

What you actually enter

Four numbers: impressions, clicks, spend and conversions. No client name, no campaign name, no link, no buyer data. Even if someone glanced at the screen, they would see bare numbers that point to no business in particular. That is different from tools that ask you to connect a Meta or Google account to pull figures, which get read access to the whole account.

Example: a client report calculated without leaving your device

A client spent 3,400 AED this month; the ads were shown 85,000 times and brought 1,700 clicks and 68 orders. You type the four figures and the results appear at once:

Worked example

CTR 2%, CPC 2 and CPM 40.

CPA 50 and conversion rate 4%.

Below the results: Calculated in your browser. Nothing is sent.

The maths is simple division running in the page itself, so the calculator needs no server to work, no user account, and keeps no history of what you calculated. Close or reload the page and the fields go back to the default example.

What stays your responsibility

  • 'Copy result' puts the figures and metrics on your device's clipboard. Watch where you paste, and never paste one client's numbers into another client's chat.
  • On a shared computer in an office or coworking space, close the tab when you are done.
  • If your contract says a client's figures must not go into any outside tool, the contract wins, not this page.
  • Screenshots you send carry the numbers too, so send them to the right person.

A tidy routine for several clients

  1. Keep your own sheet per client with the four figures for each month.
  2. Enter them in the Campaign performance calculator when you prepare the report, and copy the result into that client's sheet.
  3. Reload the page before moving to the next client so the previous figures are not left on screen.
  4. To tie campaigns to store orders, tag each client's links with the UTM campaign link builder, and work out return on sales in the ROAS calculator, which also runs in the browser.

Common questions

Does the calculator save the figures so I can come back to them?

No, it keeps no history. If you want to keep the results, copy them into your own file or sheet.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. Open the page and type the figures, with no sign-up and no ad account to connect.
