Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter time in pst and day in pst (optional).
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
GST time = PST time + 12 hours, because GST is UTC+4 and PST is UTC-8. If the result reaches 24:00 or more, subtract 24 hours and move to the next day; if it drops below 00:00, add 24 hours and move to the previous day.
Example
Inputs: Time in PST = 22:00, Day in PST (optional) = Thursday. Result: Time in GST: 10:00; Day change: Next day (+1); Offset difference (GST minus PST): 12 hours.
Limits and caveats
- Fixed offsets are used: PST = UTC-8 and GST = UTC+4, whatever the date.
- Los Angeles switches to PDT (UTC-7) from the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November; the tool does not apply that change.
- GST here is Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) of the UAE and Oman.
Questions about this tool

Which GST does this tool use?
Here GST means Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4, used in the UAE and Oman. The same letters also stand for South Georgia Time (UTC-2), which is rarely meant.
