Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter url or query string.
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
The part after ? is taken and anything after # is dropped, then it is split on & and decoded per application/x-www-form-urlencoded: + becomes a space and %XX is read as UTF-8 bytes. Values stay strings.
Example
Result: JSON: { "q": "عطور", "page": "2", "tag": [ "new", "sale" ], "sort": "" }; Parameters: 5; Distinct keys: 4.
https://example.com/search?q=%D8%B9%D8%B7%D9%88%D8%B1&page=2&tag=new&tag=sale&sort=
{
"q": "عطور",
"page": "2",
"tag": [
"new",
"sale"
],
"sort": ""
}Limits and caveats
- Values stay strings, so 2 shows as "2", because a URL carries no types.
- Brackets such as a[b] are not interpreted here; use the form URL-encoded converter for nested data.
Questions about this tool
What if a key repeats?
The values are collected into an array in order, so tag=new&tag=sale becomes ["new", "sale"].
Does it decode encoded Arabic text?
Yes. %D8%B9%D8%B7%D9%88%D8%B1 becomes عطور because the escapes are read as UTF-8 bytes.
Can I paste the full URL?
Yes. The tool takes only the part after ? and ignores anything after #.
