Questions about this tool
What is the difference between 365 and 360 basis?
A 360 basis divides by fewer days, so daily interest is slightly higher. Money markets and some loans use it.
How do I count days between two dates?
Count the actual days from deposit to withdrawal; usually one of the two end dates is not counted.
Is daily interest added to the balance?
Not here; this is simple interest. Some accounts credit it monthly, which makes it compound.
