Limits and caveats
- The deduction limit is set by the lender and local rules, so enter the one that applies to you.
- Actual approval also depends on credit history, employer and age.
Questions about this tool
What is the deduction limit?
The largest share of your salary allowed to go to all monthly installments combined.
Why are my current payments subtracted?
The limit covers all your debts, so what you already pay reduces room for the new payment.
Does a longer term raise the loan amount?
Yes, a longer term allows a bigger loan at the same payment, but total interest rises.
