How it is calculated
Counting starts the day after the entered date and moves day by day, counting only working days until the number is reached.
Example
Inputs: Start date = 2026-10-01, Operation = Add, Working days = 10 working days, Weekend days = Friday and Saturday. Result: Resulting date: Thursday, October 15, 2026 (2026-10-15); Day of the week: Thursday; Calendar days spanned: 14.
Limits and caveats
- Public holidays are not skipped automatically; add them to the count if they fall in the period.
- The start day is not counted, as in Excel WORKDAY.

No, 1 working day after a Thursday with a Friday-Saturday weekend is Sunday.
What if the start date is a weekend day?
Counting starts from the next working day, so adding 1 or more always lands on a working day.
How many calendar days are 10 working days?
Usually 14 with a two day weekend; the real figure is shown in the result.
