How to make an Arabic and English email signature

Every email you send to a customer or supplier is a chance for them to learn your store's name, number and website. A tidy signature does that in every message without you typing a thing, as long as it shows up properly in the recipient's email program.

What goes in a signature?

  • Your name, job title and store name.
  • Phone number, email and website.
  • Links to your social media accounts.
  • An address if you have a physical shop.

Keep it short. A signature of four or five lines gets read; one of fifteen lines gets ignored.

How to do it

  1. Open the Email signature builder and choose the layout: Arabic right to left, English left to right, or both languages.
  2. Fill in your name, title, store and address for each language, then phone, email, website and links.
  3. Pick an accent color and a font from the email-safe list.
  4. Copy the signature as rich text and paste it straight in, copy the HTML source, or download the file. Then test it in your email.

Why does the signature look different for the recipient?

  • Gmail strips many styles.
  • Outlook on Windows renders email with the Word engine, which changes spacing and drops some divider lines.
  • Apple Mail and mobile apps size fonts and images their own way.
  • Some programs, older Outlook in particular, reorder numbers and symbols inside an Arabic line.

That is why the tool builds the signature from tables and inline styles only, the approach that works in the most programs. Even so, send a test email to yourself before relying on it.

Logo and images

A logo is added by link only, not as an embedded image, because most email programs strip or block embedded images. The logo may not appear until the recipient presses “show images”. So make the signature clear even without the picture.

To make contact even easier, add a direct WhatsApp link made with the WhatsApp link generator, or put a QR code for your website on your printed cards with the QR code generator.

Common questions

Does the tool set the signature in my account?

No. You copy the signature and paste it into your email program's signature settings yourself.

Is the code safe?

Yes. The code is tables and inline styles only, with no scripts, and links are limited to http, https, mailto and tel.

Can I use a custom font?

No, because most email programs ignore web fonts. The tool offers fonts found on common operating systems.
