Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.

How to use it

  1. Enter text.
  2. The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
  3. Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.

How it is calculated

Capitals become U+1D468 plus position (0 to 25) and small letters U+1D482 plus position. Digits stay, since Unicode has no bold italic digits.

Example

Result: Styled text: 𝑶𝒌; Characters changed: 2.

Ok
𝑶𝒌

Limits and caveats

  • These are Unicode math symbols, not a font: screen readers may read them as symbol names or skip them, and in-app search may not match them.
  • Unicode has no bold italic digits, so digits and Arabic letters stay as typed.

Questions about this tool

When should I pick bold italic over bold?

When a short phrase such as a quote or tagline needs stronger emphasis while staying readable.

Does it show on every device?

Most modern phones and browsers support it; very old devices whose fonts lack these characters may show empty boxes.

Can the conversion be undone?

Yes. Unicode NFKC normalization maps these characters back to plain letters, and many editors can do that.
