At Nowruz, 1 Farvardin, which falls on 20 or 21 March depending on the moment of the March equinox in Tehran time.
How is Solar Hijri different from the lunar Hijri calendar?
Both count from the Hijra in 622 CE, but Solar Hijri follows the solar year (365 or 366 days) while the lunar calendar follows the moon (354 or 355 days), so the year numbers differ.

29 in a common year and 30 in a leap year. For example, 1403 ended on 30 Esfand, which was 20 March 2025.
