How it is calculated
Year, month and day are read from YYYY-MM-DD and validated, then rearranged as DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY.

Limits and caveats
- Arabic month names follow the Gulf and Egyptian style (يناير, فبراير), not the Levantine names.
