Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.

How to use it

  1. Enter sex, body weight and total (squat + bench + deadlift).
  2. The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
  3. Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.

How it is calculated

DOTS score = total in kg × 500 ÷ (a + bx + cx² + dx³ + ex⁴), where x is body weight in kg and each sex has its own coefficients.

Example

Inputs: Sex = Female, Body weight = 63 kg, Total (squat + bench + deadlift) = 320 kg. Result: DOTS score: 344.16; DOTS coefficient: 1.0755.

Limits and caveats

  • Supported body weight is 40 to 210 kg for men and 40 to 150 kg for women.
  • Some federations use GL points or Wilks, so your official ranking may differ.

Questions about this tool

What is the DOTS score for a 100 kg man with a 600 kg total?

The coefficient at 100 kg for men is about 0.6155, so the score is about 369.3.

Why does the tool limit body weight?

The polynomial was fitted to lifter data inside this range only, and outside it the results stop making sense.

Can I score a single lift?

You can enter one lift to compare yourself, but DOTS was designed for the full three lift total.
