How to use it

  1. Enter target weighted percentage, high school percentage, qudurat score, high school weight, qudurat weight and tahsili weight.
  2. The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
  3. Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.

How it is calculated

Tahsili needed = (target × 100 − high school × its weight − Qudurat × its weight) ÷ Tahsili weight.

Example

Inputs: Target weighted percentage = 90 %, High school percentage = 96 %, Qudurat score = 85 %, High school weight = 30 %, Qudurat weight = 30 %. Result: Tahsili score needed: 89.25; Verdict: Reachable; Highest weighted possible (Tahsili 100): 94.3%.

Limits and caveats

  • Weights and minimum scores differ by university and major, so take them from the admission guide.
  • Some majors also set a minimum for each test on its own, besides the weighted percentage.

Questions about this tool

What if the score needed is above 100?

The target cannot be reached with these weights even with a full Tahsili score; check the highest weighted percentage possible.

Can I work out the Qudurat score needed instead?

Use the weighted percentage calculator and try different Qudurat scores until you reach your target.

Where do I find the weighted percentage a major needs?

Universities publish it in admission guides or past admission results, and it changes every year.
