Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter fee paid to the influencer, total engagements (likes, comments, shares, saves) and views or impressions (optional).
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
CPE = fee paid ÷ total engagements. CPM = fee ÷ views × 1000. Engagement rate by views = engagements ÷ views × 100.
Example
Inputs: Fee paid to the influencer = 1,500, Total engagements (likes, comments, shares, saves) = 3,000, Views or impressions (optional) = 60,000. Result: Cost per engagement: 0.50; CPM (cost per 1,000 views): 25.00; Engagement rate by views: 5%.
Limits and caveats
- Engagement is not sales; use a discount code or tracking link to measure orders.
- Counts can include fake engagement that stats do not reveal.
Questions about this tool
Why use CPE instead of follower count?
Followers do not guarantee engagement. CPE compares influencers on what they delivered for what you paid.
Where do I get engagement numbers?
Ask the influencer for screenshots of post insights a few days after posting, since public counts may leave out saves and shares.
Can I compare influencers across platforms?
With care, because engagement weighs differently on each platform. The fairest comparison is between accounts on the same platform and content type.
