Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter cron expression, start from date and start from time.
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
Fields in order: minute (0 to 59), hour (0 to 23), day of month (1 to 31), month (1 to 12), day of week (0 to 7, where 0 and 7 are Sunday). When both day fields are restricted, a match on either one runs the job, as in Vixie cron.
Example
Inputs: Cron expression = 0 9 * * 1-5, Start from date = 2026-10-01, Start from time = 10:00. Result: Explanation: At 09:00, on Monday through Friday..
0 9 * * 1-5
2026-10-02 09:00
Limits and caveats
- Standard 5-field cron only; no seconds field and no Quartz symbols such as L, W or #.
- Times are server local time; cron may skip or repeat a run around daylight saving changes.
Questions about this tool
What does */15 in the minute field mean?
Every 15 minutes starting at minute 0, so at 0, 15, 30 and 45.
What if I set both day of month and day of week?
In standard cron the job runs when either matches, so 0 8 1 * 1 runs on the 1st and on every Monday.
Can I use names like MON and JAN?
Yes. Day names SUN to SAT and month names JAN to DEC work in any letter case.
