Questions about this tool

Are employees paid for leave they did not take?

Under Saudi labour law, Article 111 pays the wage for accrued leave days if the worker leaves before using them. Other Gulf laws have similar rules.

What is the payout for 12 days on 9,000 a month?

The daily wage is 300 when divided by 30, so the payout is 3,600.

Can I cash out leave while still employed?

That depends on the law and company policy. Some laws do not allow giving up leave for money during service.
