Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it

- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.

How it is calculated
Cell dots are numbered 1 to 3 down the left column and 4 to 6 down the right. The text is converted to Braille, then each cell's dots are listed, with / between words.
Example
Inputs: Braille code = English (UEB grade 1). Result: Dot numbers: 6 12 1235 1 24 123 123 15; Unsupported symbols: None.
Braille
6 12 1235 1 24 123 123 15
Limits and caveats
- It follows the same rules as the Braille tools: uncontracted grade 1 for English and no diacritics for Arabic.
- With a slate and stylus you write from the back, so the columns are mirrored and dot 1 is pressed at the top right.
