Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.

How to use it

  1. Enter text and start with.
  2. The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
  3. Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.

How it is calculated

It walks through the letters that have upper and lower case and alternates them: the first is lower or upper as you choose, the next the opposite. Spaces, digits and Arabic letters do not affect the pattern.

Example

Inputs: Start with = Lower case (aBcD). Result: Alternating text: tHiS iS tOtAlLy FiNe; Letters with case: 17.

Limits and caveats

  • Arabic letters have no upper or lower case, so they stay unchanged.
  • Alternating text is harder to read and screen readers may not pronounce it clearly.
