How it is calculated
Working days = days from start to end inclusive − weekend days in that range − the public holidays you enter.
Example
Inputs: Start date = 2026-10-01, End date = 2026-10-31, Weekend days = Friday and Saturday, Public holidays on working days = 0 days, Exclude the start date = no. Result: Working days: 21; Weekend days: 10; Holidays deducted: 0.
Limits and caveats
- It does not know your country's public holidays; enter how many fall on working days yourself.
- Both the start and end dates count unless you exclude the start date.
