How it is calculated
January, March, May, July, August, October and December have 31 days; April, June, September and November have 30; February has 28, or 29 in a leap year.

Limits and caveats
- It covers the Gregorian calendar only; a Hijri month has 29 or 30 days depending on the moon.

29, because 2028 is a leap year that divides by 4 and not by 100.

Seven: January, March, May, July, August, October and December.
How do I work out daily rent?
Divide the monthly rent by the days in that month, so 3100 in a 31-day month is 100 a day.
