How it is calculated
Days left = target date − today (or the start date). A negative result means the date passed that many days ago.
Example
Inputs: Counting from = 2026-10-01, Target date = 2027-01-01. Result: Days left: 92; Status: The date is still ahead; In weeks: 13 weeks and 1 day.
Limits and caveats
- Counts whole days without hours, and today comes from your device clock.

Is today counted?
No, from today to tomorrow is 1 day left.
How do I count down to Ramadan or Eid?
Enter the expected Gregorian date of the occasion; this tool does not work out Hijri dates.
What if the date has passed?
It shows how many days have gone by since that date, with a status saying it passed.
