Inputs: Departure date = 2026-10-01, Local departure time = 09:00, Duration: hours = 3, Duration: minutes = 30, Time difference (destination minus origin) = 1 h. Result: Local arrival time: 13:30; Arrival date: Thursday, October 1, 2026 (2026-10-01); Day change: Same day.

Limits and caveats

  • Enter the time difference in effect on the travel date, since some countries use daylight saving time.
  • Duration comes from your booking; real delays are not included.

Questions about this tool

How do I work out the time difference?

Subtract the origin UTC offset from the destination offset. Riyadh (UTC+3) to Dubai (UTC+4) is 1; to Cairo (UTC+2) it is -1.

What does Next day (+1) mean?

You land on the calendar day after departure, as shown on airline tickets.

Which city's time is the duration in?

Duration is not tied to a clock; it is the actual time in the air from your booking.
