Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter sentence and alphabet.
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
Diacritics are removed and letters folded (أ إ آ ٱ count as ا, ؤ as و, ئ as ي, Latin case ignored), then the letters found are compared with the 28 or 26 letter list. It is a pangram when nothing is missing.
Example
Inputs: Alphabet = Arabic (28 letters). Result: Pangram?: Yes; Missing letters: None; Letters found: 28.
Limits and caveats
- ة is not counted as ت or ه, and ى is not counted as ي, so the sentence needs the base letters.
- A standalone hamza ء is not one of the 28 letters in this check.
