Processing and privacy: The result is calculated inside your browser and your data is not sent to any server.
How to use it
- Enter text or numbers.
- The result appears straight away and updates as you edit.
- Copy the result, or copy a link that keeps the same values to share it.
How it is calculated
Each Western digit d from 0 to 9 is replaced by the Unicode character U+1040 + d, so 0 becomes U+1040 and 9 becomes U+1049. Letters, symbols and spaces stay as they are and the value does not change.
Example
Result: Converted text: Bus ၃၆ leaves at ၇, fare ၁၅၀၀ kyat; Digits converted: 7.
Bus 36 leaves at 7, fare 1500 kyat
Bus ၃၆ leaves at ၇, fare ၁၅၀၀ kyat
Limits and caveats
- The Burmese zero U+1040 looks like the letter wa U+101D and 7 resembles ra, so do not rely on shape alone when checking.
